The superior room I got was complete with a balcony, fully functioning AC, and a comfortable bed. Its perfect, central location was a plus. - A good home base for the trip.

We were disappointed by the lack of staff to attend to us as guests . No porter to take our bags to our room . Not accompanied to the room to show us where it was or show the facilities . No staff except a receptionist to get us drinks in the evening . Untrained staff in the restaurant . Delay in service in the restaurant in the evening .

The stay here was really good for two nights. The breakfast was complimentary with a panoramic view and verities of salami, as example, we loved everything...

I was dissapointed that towels were not provided at the pool. The lighting in the restaurant was too harsh in the evening and the atmosphere was spoilt by this. i also found one of the waiters quite bolshy and not a credit to the rest of your staff

The location of the hotel was strategic - relatively close to Irispa Benessere. Comfy beds, brand-new and well-kept rooms - we appreciated it.

had a nice size and very well decorated room with a view and wake-up service was available in it. location: the hotel was really close to which hovers in the near distance, many areas and florence or siena. the services were excellent, including complimentary and generous breakfasts and free parking if needed. the atmosphere created was elegant.

Perfect and magnificent location in San Gimignano, near the outskirts of San Gimignano and of course the Chianti trail. Really comfortable base for summer holidays.

The resort is centrally located on the hills of San Gimignano. It's just a short walk to a taxi to San Gimignano, a lovely place to visit and have an evening meal. - the resort features a large garden, perfect for couples to enjoy.

We spent 3 amazing days at this place, everything was fantastic from the great weather to the wonderful poolside restaurant with excellent service and staff - highly recommend it!

This place is modern and clean, located in a beautiful building surrounded by olive trees and offering fantastic views, making it worth every penny.

Enjoyed the modern building and room with a nice balcony covered in ivy. Great spot close to the castle, the town, and endless vineyards to explore 🌿.
